tubescope provides YouTube content analysis tools. You can analyze publicly available YouTube videos, extract transcripts, and generate insights.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account secure and don't share your API keys
• You're responsible for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

• Only analyze publicly available YouTube content
• Don't use the service for illegal purposes
• Don't attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Don't abuse or overload our systems

Payment

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually
• You can cancel anytime
• No refunds for partial months
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance.

Your Content

You own any content you create using our service. We don't claim ownership of the YouTube content you analyze (that belongs to the original creators).

Termination

Either party can terminate the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages from using the service.
